The spread of the virus has prompted most of the people to take extra methods to protect themselves and their family from infection, particularly in those areas where hundreds cases of the virus have been confirmed. Many conutries in the world continues to publish up the new information to help educate the public to protect themselves.

However, how to prevent the trasmission of the virus? It is an overraching goal in controlling the spread of the virus from person to person. This virus is confirmed to be spread through respiratory drops from an infected person, which are often releases through coughing and sneezing. And another person will contarct the virus when these droplets enter his or her nose or mouth. In order to reduce the risk of expose whilst you are at home or outside, we have coordinated following measures to mitigate exposure for you.

1.Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing.

2.Wash your hands with soap for 15-20 seconds often.

3.Maintain good indoor ventilation.

4.Avoid sharing food, crockery, utensils and other personal hygiene items.

5.Avoid physical contact such as shaking hands and avoid touching your face or rubbing your eyes.

6.Maintan good personal hygiene, including hand washing with soap and water, or the use of alcohol based had rubs.

7.Proper hand washing requires soap and water. The constant rubbing actions helps. Soap break down the grease and dirt that carry most germs. Washing your hands for at least 15-30 seconds with soap and water does not just make your hands amesll fresh but also reduces germs count by up to 99%.

Materials:

main fabric – about 13″x 7″

1/16″ round elastic 

lining fabric  about 13″ x 6″

scissors

sewing clips or pins

a sewing machine(if you are handsewing, you need needle and thread)
